How do I activate bonus and double bonus hours at PakuKympillä?
Where can I rent passenger cars at PakuKympillä? And at what price?
We offer A and B model Mercedes-Benz cars at our shopping center locations. Make a reservation through our online booking system, which shows the available cars at each of our locations. Cars can be rented at an affordable price, from €5 per hour up to €50 per day.
What documents do I need to rent a van?
You need a valid B driving license to rent a van from PakuKympillä. A credit card is not required to rent a van.
Does the rental include insurance?
How far can I drive when renting a van from PakuKympillä?
We offer unlimited kilometers for rentals. You can drive as many kilometers as you need without extra costs. Fuel is not included in the price, so please remember to refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipt for 14 days after refueling.
What do the yellow warning lights on the dashboard mean?
After starting the vehicle, a yellow warning light may remain on the dashboard. Most yellow or orange lights are automatic maintenance reminders set by Ford, indicating upcoming scheduled services. You can safely ignore these alerts. The vehicle operates normally despite the warning.
How do I extend my reservation time?
You can extend your reservation during the rental period if the vehicle availability allows it. In your reservation confirmation, there is a link in blue text labeled “extend reservation”—clicking it lets you extend your booking time.
How do I pick up and return the moving boxes?
Moving boxes can be picked up no earlier than 12:00 from in front of our office glass doors, inside the shopping center. Each box has a name tag for identifying the reserver.
The boxes must be returned on the last day of the rental to the same location. Upon return, each box should have the name tag with the reserver’s name attached.
Can I add an additional driver when renting a van?
Are windshield and tire insurance included in the rental?

How far can I drive the van?
Our service area extends approximately 150 km from Helsinki, covering areas such as Turku, Tampere, Kouvola, and Kotka. See “Map“.
Are there weekend or month-end surcharges for rentals?
How do I unlock the van's cargo area?
The cargo area doors open by pressing the bottom button on the remote control or by turning the ignition key twice to the left in the driver’s door lock.
How do I refuel the van?
The diesel tank hatch of the van is located on the driver’s side, to the right of the front door at knee height. Refueling must be done at a ratio of 1 liter for every 10 km driven.
