The rental price is hourly-based
We offer insurance included in the price, with a deductible of €2750.
You can also choose a reduced deductible of €1250 for an additional €24 (see terms).
We also charge a €15 fee for rentals that take place on weekends, public holidays, or on the first or last day of the month.
Fuel (vans: diesel / passenger cars: 95 petrol) is not included in the price.

FUELING INSTRUCTIONS
Van: Calculated at a ratio of 1 litre of diesel per 10 km driven
Passenger car: Calculated at roughly 1 litre of petrol per 10 km driven
MOVING BOXES
10 moving boxes / 10 days = €10
Moving boxes: €0.10 / day (incl. VAT 25.5%).
Boxes are rented in sets of 10, 20, or 30 pieces.
Minimum rental period is 10 days.
Boxes can be picked up starting from 12:00.
DOLLY TROLLEYS
Dolly trolleys can now be found in the van (all service locations), see map.
Reserve a dolly trolley through the booking system.
You will receive a separate code that allows you to pick up and return the trolley at the van’s lock.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The price includes VAT 25.5%, unlimited kilometres, and insurance with a deductible of €2750 or €1250 with an additional €24 fee.
Fuel is not included in the price.
Delivery and Additional Service Fees
Weekend, month-end, and public holiday surcharge: €15 / rental
Late return fee: €90 + €15 / each additional started hour
(if extra time has not been agreed upon in advance)
Fuel charge (only when agreed in advance): €0.40 / km
Minimum fuel charge: €10
Refueling a vehicle returned without refueling: €35 + €0.40 / km driven
Fueling from personal containers (contract violation): €180
Returning the vehicle or key against instructions: €100
Refunding an overpayment: €10
Investigating an unreferenced or incorrect payment: €10
Investigating overfilling the fuel tank: €10
Changing due date / payment plan: €5
Cleaning: from €50
Unauthorized handover of the vehicle to a third party: €300
Investigation related to fraud: €150 / hour
Leaving the lights on: €80
Creating a new key: €295
Handling and storing lost property (max. 14 days): €30
Damage case handling fee: €100
Reducing the Insurance Deductible
Basic insurance deductible: €2750
Reduced deductible by paying €24 → new deductible: €1250
The reduced deductible includes:
• Windshield insurance (0 € deductible)
• Tire insurance (0 € deductible)
If the vehicle is out of service due to damage:
• Downtime fee: €100 / day
• Maximum 10 days

The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Plc.
Paytrail acts as the payment service provider and intermediary for payments.
